Ideally you will have similar restaurant management experience and background within high profile, high volume bars & restaurants, passionate about hospitality, and obsessively detailed about little touches, demanding the very best from yourself and your team.

The Drake & Morgan collection of bars & restaurants are all based in and around the city of London, from St. Pauls to Canary Wharf with one venue in Manchester. Each venue has its own personality and atmosphere with the Drake & Morgan DNA firmly stamped upon them. Fresh, seasonal, locally sourced food served from open theatre kitchens, chef table’s innovative cocktails, mixology stations and a well-stocked wine list are all served within a laid back contemporary environment.

•Develop a culture of actively seeking feedback from customers on a regular basis, get to know the regular guests and acknowledge repeat custom
•Agree and implement actions to continuously improve the guest experience
•Ensure customer requests and feedback, both verbal and written are responded to promptly and efficiently
•Demonstrate a high standard of restaurant and personal presentation, ensuring good personal hygiene of self and team
•Ensure that common objectives are executed seamlessly and professionally
•Ensuring the team are fully briefed and action points are recorded and achieved
•To build and maintain an efficient team of employees, driving the team towards the objectives of the business
